Clay Work

While largely a beginner, I am always delighted to work with clay. It stills my mind, which is often going too fast for its own good.
I have been dabbling in hand modelling for a while now, but recently, I have started learning throwing on a pottery wheel. On the wheel, it is essential to be patient, steady and to move gently and slowly. These are often contradictory to my overeager and excitable nature. For me, working on the pottery wheel is more about personal growth and finding balance within than about the clay itself.
I have several ongoing projects at the moment and I expect more will show up in this section soon enough.
